The second freight train, the "BELARUSIAN CARAVAN," has arrived in Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the agreements reached between the Presidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Belarus, practical work to establish a direct freight rail service between Belarus and Uzbekistan is continuing.

As part of these agreements, the second freight train, "Belarusian Caravan," departed from Orsha-Vostochnaya station in the Vitebsk region of Belarus and arrived at Chukursay station in Uzbekistan within seven days.

Freight on board the 44-car train will be transferred to Akhtachy, Roustan, Nazarbek, and Kakir stations after arriving at Chukursay station.

The train is carrying lumber, sugar, board materials, and various consumer goods.

The arrival of this freight train on such a short notice is crucial for the further development of transport and logistics ties between Uzbekistan and Belarus, increasing bilateral trade volumes, and establishing regular freight services between the two countries.
