JSC Uztemiryulkonteyner took an active part in the Uzbek-Chinese Business Forum, which was held on June 1-2 this year in Samarkand.
The event brought together over 1,800 representatives of business and government agencies, and over 500 Chinese companies presented their products at the exhibition site. Within the framework of the G2B and B2B formats, negotiations were held, promising projects were discussed and agreements on further cooperation were reached.
In particular, a meeting was held between the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC UztemirYulContainer A.Kh. Akhmedov and the Vice Governor of Gansu Province Mr. Lei Siwei. On June 2, within the framework of B2B meetings, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between JSC Uztemiryulkonteyner and Gansu International Logistics Group Co. Ltd.
According to the document, the parties agreed to develop container transportation along the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan route, as well as to send the first container block train from Uzbekistan to China through the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the cooperation, the parties also got acquainted with the infrastructure of the Ulugbek logistics center of UztemirYulKonteyner JSC in the Samarkand region.
