On June 30, 2025, bilateral negotiations between JSC UztemirYulKonteyner and the Tashkent Regional Railway Department (TRD) took place at the Tashkent Regional Railway.
During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail the further improvement of the container transportation system, the efficient use of existing infrastructure, and the improvement of the quality of services provided to businesses.
In particular, the issue of storing available containers on the balance sheet of JSC UztemirYulKonteyner at the Bozsu station as a temporary warehouse was discussed. Furthermore, an agreement was reached to provide joint integrated logistics services to businesses operating within the territory of the TRD.
Prospects for the creation and development of modern cargo terminals in the districts adjacent to Tashkent were also discussed. It was agreed that the possibility of creating a container terminal that meets international standards will be explored, drawing on the experience of JSC UztemirYulKonteyner in organizing cargo terminals and the infrastructure potential of the TRD.
