As part of its expansion of container shipping between Uzbekistan and Europe, Uzbek Temiryul Container JSC organized the shipment of urea in containers from the Sergeli logistics center to seaports in Italy, Greece, and Bulgaria.
The train, consisting of 39 forty-foot containers, travels along the CASCA+ transport route, transiting through the Georgian port of Poti, and is delivered to the ports of Burgas (Bulgaria), Piraeus (Greece), Naples, and La Spezia (Italy). Transit time for the shipment averages 25–30 days.
These shipments contribute to the expansion of Uzbek Temiryul Container's regular export operations to Europe, as well as strengthening its ability to deliver products from Uzbekistan to global markets more quickly, securely, and competitively.
