On March 25 of this year, UztemirYulKonteyner JSC and the company's trade union held a videoconference meeting to review the report on the implementation of the provisions of the collective agreement for 2023–2025 for 2025, as well as to approve the draft of a new collective agreement for 2026–2028.
During the meeting, reports were heard from A.Kh. Akhmedov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uztemiryulconteyner JSC, and N.R. Shakirkhodzhaeva, Chair of the Trade Union Committee.
Speakers during the discussion noted the results achieved by workforces during the reporting period, as well as the social and public activities implemented, and gave a satisfactory assessment of the implementation of the collective agreement provisions for 2025.
Furthermore, at a meeting between JSC Uztemiryulconteyner and the trade union committee, a new collective agreement for 2026–2028 was adopted.
Going forward, it was determined that work in this area will be carried out in a planned, systematic, and effective manner.
