On April 19, 2024, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued Decision PQ-162 titled “Additional Measures to Reduce State Participation in the Economy,” which stipulated the privatization of a 35% stake in “O’ztemiryo’lkonteyner” Joint Stock Company (JSC).
“COTTON LOGISTICS” Limited Liability Company (LLC) emerged as the winning bidder in the privatization program’s auction and has acquired ownership of the 35% share package of “O’ztemiryo’lkonteyner” JSC.
