On August 22 of this year, a meeting between the management and young people was held at Uztmiryulkonteyner JSC, chaired by Chairman of the Management Board M.K. Mirkhamidov.
During the meeting, the reforms being implemented in the company, as well as the company's strategy for the next five years, were discussed. Specifically, current issues related to the digitalization and automation of logistics centers, as well as the implementation of modern digital solutions and information systems in the company's operations, were discussed in detail.
In addition, special attention was paid to working with young employees. Instructions were given to create the necessary conditions and organize training courses to increase employee interest in learning foreign languages (English, Chinese, etc.)
The need to strengthen internal support mechanisms to transform youth initiatives and ideas into real and effective projects was also noted.
