In recent years, the rapid development of our country's economy has increased the need to use modern technologies in the field of logistics, the organization of alternative transport corridors and the training of qualified specialists.
To date, "Uztemiryulkonteyner" JSC is constantly carrying out systematic work to improve the skills of employees and train personnel with international experience, including sending them to foreign countries.
At the beginning of this year, the head of the Nukus logistics center, A. Durdiev, successfully participated in a competition held by the German company Deutsche Bahn under the training program, and had the opportunity to gain international experience in Germany for three months.
During the program, he gained advanced knowledge on topics such as international logistics systems, modern technologies, management methods and piggyback transportation. He also got acquainted with the logistics capabilities of large logistics centers and the port of Hamburg.
In order to share the experience gained in Germany, not only in the Nukus logistics center, which he directs, but also in other logistics centers, on July 26, A. Durdiev held a presentation in the form of a videoconference.
In addition, three senior employees of the company — A. Akhmedov, M. Fayziev and J. Rakhmonov are currently studying at the Banking Finance Academy in the areas of project management, taxation, accounting and auditing.
