The organizational structure of "Uztemiryulkonteyner" joint stock company was approved by the decision of the General Meeting of shareholders of June 26, 2024

The structure of JSC "Uztemiryulkonteyner".

Public management bodies:

• The general meeting of shareholders is the highest governing body of the society.
• The supervisory board of the society carries out general management of the society's activities.
• The current activity of the society is managed by the executive body of the society.

Controlling the financial and economic activities of the company:

• the company's internal audit service - ensuring that the executive body, branches and representative offices of the company comply with the legal documents, the charter of the company and other documents, the complete and reliable reflection of information in the accounting and financial reports, compliance provide;
• supervises and evaluates the activities of the executive body, branches and representative offices of the society by checking and controlling compliance with the requirements established by law to the management bodies of the society in accordance with the established rules and procedures for the implementation of economic operations.
