On June 30, “Youth Day,” the Chairman of the Board of Uztemiryulkonteyner JSC A. S. Kamalov held a “Meeting of the Manager and Youth” with the youth of the joint-stock company.
Today, the company employs 271 workers under the age of 35, which is about 45% of the total number of employees.
Almost 90 percent of the total number of young employees are young people with secondary and higher education; 6 young employees studied at foreign universities. More than 10 young employees returned having gained extensive experience in the field of logistics abroad.
Over the past 2 years, more than 100 young people have completed qualification classes to improve their knowledge and skills in the field of logistics.
In addition, more than 60 young workers are actively involved in construction work on the Istiklol - Khazorasp railway line.
Project by specialist of the Department of Marketing and International Relations N.Kh. Khamraev on the topic “Use of neural networks for placing cargo in containers” entered the final stage of the “Innovative Ideas 2023” competition.
The tasks set by theCouncil of Youth Leaders of "Uzbekiston temir yollari" JSC are carried out by youth leader A. Toshkhodjaev in a timely manner according to the program of events.
During the meeting, a sincere open conversation took place with young personnel of the system about their interests, existing problems and plans for the future.
The chairman of the board also emphasized that young personnel need to make full use of all the opportunities provided for young people.
Following the meeting, a number of active young workers were awarded certificates of honor.
