To expand international cooperation in logistics, a meeting was held in Andijan between the management of JSC "O'ztemiryo'lkonteyner," the Kokand Regional Railway Hub, the joint venture "UzContargo Andijon," and Urumqi Railways.
The meeting was attended by M.K. Mirkhamidov, Chairman of the Board of JSC "O'ztemiryo'lkonteyner," B.P. Milladzhanov, Head of the Kokand Regional Railway Hub, A.A. Ikramov, Director of the joint venture "UzContargo Andijon," and Liu Feng, General Director of Urumqi Railways.
During the event, the concept of a logistics terminal located in the Andijan region, its technical equipment, and operational capabilities aimed at improving the efficiency of freight transportation were presented.
Following the meeting, the delegation visited the Savai railway station, located near the state border with the Kyrgyz Republic, and learned about its infrastructure and transit potential.
