On January 21 of this year, a "Manager and Youth" meeting was held at the Chukursay Logistics Center, chaired by A.Kh. Akhmedov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "O'ztemiryo'lkonteyner."
During the event, the role of digital technologies, information systems, and IT competencies in the development of modern logistics was discussed. Particular attention was paid to the key factors in improving operational efficiency, as process automation and the implementation of digital solutions.
Emphasis was also placed on the importance of learning foreign languages, particularly English and Chinese, which are becoming essential for specialists in logistics and transportation. Young employees should be encouraged to learn languages, improve their IT skills, and develop their professional potential, while sports activities help improve their physical and psychological health.
Following the meeting, the importance of supporting youth initiatives and their practical implementation within the company's internal projects was emphasized.
