In order to increase the volume of export, import and transit container transportation along the "Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Iran" corridor, a meeting was organized between JSC "Uztemiryulkonteyner" and the Iranian company "Vision Global Terminal".
The meeting was attended by the acting chairman of the board of JSC "Uztemiryulkonteyner" M.K. Mirkhamidov, executive director of Vision Global Terminal Peizhman Jafari, as well as relevant specialists.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed issues of sending cargo from Uzbekistan to India and Brazil through the "Vision Global Terminal" in the port of Bandar Abbas, reducing transit times, and using the capabilities of the terminal at the Sarakhs station, the launch of which is scheduled for April.
